The newly renovated San Diego Mission Bay Resort is an excellent option for those who check in to visit SeaWorld and other parts of San Diego as the resort offers excellent freeway access (we did not hear freeway noise from our room) but also recently renovated rooms, a great heated pool, and water sports. It’s a nice bay beach hotel choice. The Mission Bay boardwalk is right in front of the hotel, as is a nice sandy beach. Book a fire pit room, as s’mores kits are available in the onsite shop. The resort was formerly Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa but is now a part of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection of experience-driven upscale properties.
